Rob joined the industry in 1968 and has been a licensed customs broker since 1971.
During his career, he has been actively involved in all aspects of the import and export of sea and air freight.
For 22 years, he ran a customs and forwarding business, with 5 years being on his own and 17 years in a partnership.
Sarah has been working in supply chain and logistics for 18 years. She has been with the R Melling & Associates team for 3 years, working to gain her broker’s licence alongside her operational role with import, export, and domestic movements.
Her experience within the mining sector has given her a sound understanding of local and overseas regulatory requirements when it comes to moving cargo. She is not afraid to think and look outside the box when working to determine the best solutions for our clients.
Zac has worked in the freight forwarding industry for just under a year. He joined the business to take over the accounting department but has slowly taken over the coordination of container movements between the wharf and the client. He works closely with stakeholders to make cargo delivery seamless and ensures all invoices are sent and paid on time.
